The Bolivian Gastronomy is known for its variety, it is based on the typical products of each zone; vegetables, fruits, different meats (beef, poultry, fish, pork, lamb, and alligator) and other products that allow the preparation of delightful dishes.

Even though Bolivia is the least studied and, in terms of biodiversity, most underestimated countries of the tropics, more than 3000 different species of orchids have been identified up to now.

Bolivia is currently undergoing a radical social transformation. It is the first time that the country has an Aymara native President (Aymaras are the largest ethnic group in Bolivia).

There are plenty of locations for fishing in Bolivia: lakes, lagoons, bays, rivers and streams. There are various varieties of fish year round, but the best months are between May and December.
